(Oral) In the present petition, petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to grant the salary of leave encashment for a total period of 540 days At the very outset, the present petition is liable to be dismissed, as there are no rule/instructions to grant the salary of leave encashment to the petitioner for a period of 540 days.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to show any Rule vide which the petitioner can be given salary of leave encashment for a period of 540 days. The petitioner can only be paid the amount for the leave and encashment for 300 days, which he has already received. No merits.

Dismissed.
