**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) It was not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that draw of lots as per Annexure P-10 was held on 02nd March, 2015. It was also not disputed that allotments have already been made to the shopkeepers of the respective shops. In such a situation, no appropriate relief can be granted to the petitioner in the absence of impleadment of successful allottees. 2.
After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh one on the same cause of action by impleading the fresh allottees as parties in the array of respondents and also by incorporating better and correct particulars. 3.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. (AJAY KUMAR MITTAL) JUDGE (REKHA MITTAL) March 30, 2015 JUDGE J.Ram JAWALA RAM 2015.04.06 18:52 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
