(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to claim age relaxation while applying pursuant to the fresh advertisement, on the basis of six years' army service earlier rendered by her husband.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for the above-mentioned relief, if need be.
