Petitioner, who is complainant in the matter, has filed the present writ petition for issuance of directions to the respondents to take legal action against respondent No.6-Seema Singla, who is Chairperson of Municipal Committee, Nuh as there were serious allegations against her for misuse of her official position and the matter was inquired into and report was submitted by the Sub Divisional Officer (N), Nuh on 21.08.2017 (Annexure P1). But still no action is being taken on the complaint and report (Annexure P1) having been submitted by the Sub Divisional Officer (N), Nuh. Representation dated 05.07.2018 (Annexure P18), made by the petitioner, is also pending with the authorities. In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to respondent No.2-Director, Directorate of Urban Local Bodies, Haryana to look into the representation dated 05.07.2018 (Annexure DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2018.09.19 16:26 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
