In this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of order dated 20.05.2011 (Annexure P-1) and the terms and conditions (Annexure P-2) which contain the condition for granting association to the schools which do not confirm to the standards set out by the respondent board for establishing schools by granting affiliation as per the norms/regulations fixed by the Education Board (Annexure P-3). 2.

Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submitted that inadvertently, certain relevant factual matrix has not been incorporated and relevant documents appended with this writ petition.
