(ORAL) Prayer in the present Petition under Section 11 and 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 is for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for wilfully and deliberately violating the interim order dated 18.08.2020 passed in CWP-12104-2020 (Annexure P-1) titled as "Dr. Neelima and others vs. State of Haryana and others." At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present Contempt Petition has been rendered infructuous as the respondents have complied with order dated 18.08.2020 passed in CWP12104-2020 (Annexure P-1). Joining report of the petitioner dated 19.07.2025 is handed over in Court today, which is taken on record. In view of the above, no further directions are required to be issued in the present case. Accordingly, the present Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
