Learned counsel for the petitioners prays to withdraw the writ petition as the petitioners have been brought under the old pension scheme. He, however, prays that the respondents be directed to release the pension to those petitioners who have already attained superannuation. 2.

In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. If the conditions of switching over to old pension scheme are accepted and amount already received is returned to the State, pension be released to them accordingly, upon their moving application within a period of two months. 3.
