Petitioner has impugned the transfer order dated 02.11.2017 (Annexure P-1) from office of SDM, Bassi Pathana to SDM, Khamano. It has been urged before the court that petitioner has been frequently transferred in violation of the Policy. It appears that transfer order had been stayed vide order dated November 10, 2017. Since then petitioner is continuing to function at the same station for the last two years. In view of grounds taken in the petition, same is disposed of with the direction to the Deputy Commissioner, Fatehgarh Sahib to examine the matter and pass a fresh order within two months from today. Petitioner, shall, however, be allowed to continue at his present place of posting till then.
