(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though, grievance of petitioner, in present writ petition, has been redressed, however, with regard to promotion from the date when juniors were promoted, he would be making representation and in case, a direction is issued to consider and decide the same, in accordance with law. Keeping in view the aforementioned facts, present writ petition is ordered to be disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous. However, in case, any representation is made, the same shall be decided within a period of two months from the date of its receipt and a speaking order be passed thereon after affording opportunity of hearing to petitioner.
