Upon mentioning, learned State counsel apprised this Court that the present petition has become infructuous as cancellation report has been filed in the present matter on 27.03.2025 and same was accepted by the learned Illaqa Magistrate on 05.04.2025, and placed on record the duly filled proforma showing status of present case, supplied by concerned police authorities, which is taken on record. Thus, there is nothing survives in the present petition.

In view of the above, present petition stands disposed of as having been rendered as infructuous.
