The petitioners seek issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents No.1 to 6 not to engage out-sourced employees including contractual staff through Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam Ltd. till the RBI guidelines dated 28.6.2021 and Section 37(3) of the Haryana Cooperative Societies Act, 1984 are complied with. Further a writ of Mandamus is also MOHAN SINGH 2023.09.04 19:04 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP-19299-2022 (O&M) ( 2 ) 2023:PHHC:116198 sought so as to direct the respondents No.2, 3 and 6 to allow deployment through current manpower till 30.11.2022.

Learned State counsel assisted by learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3 has informed that as of now all the employments are being made through Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam Ltd. which was constituted in the year 2021 which has been established so as to ensure that the employees are not exploited. It has further been submitted that in any case one of the prayers pertaining to deployment of the petitioners till 30.11.2022 has lost its currency.

In view of the aforestated position, this Court does not find any ground for issuance of any directions.
