The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 04.04.2018 (Annexure P-1) whereby he was placed under suspension. 2.

Mr. Lalit K. Gupta, Senior Panel Counsel for Union of India submits that petitioner has passed away and respondents have revoked suspension of the deceased employee and period of suspension has been regularized. The retiral benefits of the deceased employee have been released to his wife.

In the wake of averments made in the application and statement of counsel for Union of India, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
