DAYA CHAUDHARY (ORAL) Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter was settled between the parties before the Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court. As per terms and conditions of the settlement/compromise, a draft bearing No.000930 dated 24.02.2020 amounting to Rs.5,00,000/- has been handed over to learned counsel for the appellant which has duly been accepted and the custody of the child has been handed over to the respondent-husband by the appellant.

In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, the decree of divorce dated 19.07.2019 is affirmed. Disposed of accordingly.
