IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA

1. Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
2. Whether to be referred to the Reporters or not?
3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? AJAY TEWARI, J.(ORAL) The claim of the petitioner is that while making promotions persons junior to the petitioner were considered but the petitioner was not considered.
Learned counsel states that in this regard the petitioner has also moved a representation dated 12.12.2012 (Annexure P-8) and that he would be satisfied at this stage if in the first instance a direction is issued to respondent No.1 to decide the same by passing a speaking order thereon within any reasonable time.
I find this to be a fair request. Resultantly, it is ordered that in case the petitioner moves a representation within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, the respondent No.1 is directed to decide the said representation by passing a speaking order thereon within a period of two months from the date when the representation is moved.
Petition stands disposed of in the above terms. Since the main case has been decided, the pending civil miscellaneous application, if any, also stands disposed of.
