Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 are aged persons and are suffering from various ailments. They are also under medical treatment. Petitioner No. 2 is a heart patient and totally paralyzed . Petitioner Nos. 3 and 4 are sons of petitioner Nos. 1 and 2. Learned counsel further submits that in regard to the harassment caused to the petitioners, they have already moved a representation, dated 23.08.2022 (P-1), to respondent No. 2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Malerkotla. At this stage, without passing any direction regarding protection etc., respondent No. 2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Malerkotla, is directed to get contents of the representation, dated 23.08.2022 (Annexure P-1) examined - as to whether there is any truth in the allegations or not. Let the representation, dated 23.08.2022 (Annexure P-1) be finally decided within four weeks, from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
