(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari, for setting aside the order dated 06.11.2015 (Annexure P-8), whereby, Debts Recovery Tribunal has vacated the stay order dated 20.08.2015 (Annexure P-7), wherein, the dis-possession of the petitioner from residential House No.781, Sector 1, HUDA was stayed and impugned notice dated 05.09.2018 (Annexure P-9). A further prayer for staying the operation of the impugned order during the pendency of the writ petition, has been made.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedies as are available to it, in accordance with law.
