*** PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr. P. C. seeking directions to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to take action in the FIR No. 149 dated 30.03.2022 for offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 147, 148, 294, 306, 323, 452 and 506 IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Sadar Fatehabad.

It is not disputed that the challan already stands presented in which respondent Nos. 7 to 12 have been declared innocent. In the considered opinion of this Court, no ground to exercise jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is made out as the petitioner has appropriate remedy to avail at an appropriate stage during trial. Consequently, the present petition is dismissed being wholly misconceived.
