(ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for directions to the respondents to hand over the grants meant for development works in Village Shahpur to the Gram Panchayat Village Shahpur, Block Doraha, Tehsil Payal, District Ludhiana. Learned counsel for the State, after seeking instructions from Gagandeep Singh, DDPO, who is present in Court, states that amount has been transferred in the account of Gram Panchayat, Shahpur on 18.03.2016, therefore, present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
