**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Petitioners are seeking benefit of Gratuity/DCRG, leave encashment, provident fund along with interest for the service rendered by them in the Haryana State Minor Irrigation Tubewell Corporation where the similar benefit has already been granted to similarly situated employees, vide order dated 07.03.2008 (Annexure P-3), passed by respondent No.3. In this regard, the petitioners have issued a legal notice dated 14.01.2014 (Annexure P-4) to respondent Nos.2 and 3 but no decision has been taken thereon.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states, that at this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied, if directions are issued to the respondent(s) to decide the legal notice dated 14.01.2014 (Annexure P-4), referred to above. In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent(s) to decide the legal notice dated 14.01.2014 (Annexure P-4), filed by the petitioners, by passing a speaking order, within a period of three months, in accordance with law.
