Learned counsel for the State submits that in view of order dated 23.02.2018 passed by the Director, Secondary Education, Haryana wherein benefit of regularization has been afforded to the petitioners w.e.f. 01.04.2011, this writ petition is rendered infructuous.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners but there appears no justification for keeping the matter pending any longer. In view of the specific prayer of petitioners for regularization w.e.f. 01.04.2011 being granted, this writ petition is indeed rendered infructuous. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. Liberty is afforded to the petitioners to move appropriate application within three months, in case any incorrect fact has been projected before this Court.
