**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking directions to the respondents to release the retiral benefits, which have been withheld on account of shortage of oil and missing parts of damages transformer. This recovery cannot be made as per judgments (Annexures P-3 & P-4).
In this regard, the petitioner has issued a legal notice dated 08.09.2015 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.4 but no decision has been taken thereon.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states, that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied, if directions are issued to the respondent(s) to decide the legal notice dated 08.09.2015 (Annexure P-2), referred to above. In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent(s) to decide the legal notice dated 08.09.2015 (Annexure P-2), filed by the petitioner, by passing a speaking order, within a period of three months, in accordance with law.
