Seeking directions to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to investigate into the complaint (Annexure P-3) submitted to respondent No.2-SSP Bathinda on 15.06.2021 and to register and FIR against respondent Nos.4 and 5 for committing fraud upon the petitioner by way of selling share of the petitioner in her parental house, the petitioner had come up before this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C., 1973.

State counsel submits that the reply in the present case has duly been filed and in the preliminary enquiry conducted, it has been found that the matter is civil in nature. 3.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty reserved to the petitioner to file a complaint under Section 175 BNSS, 2023. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
