RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the demarcation report dated 03.06.2014, Annexure P-2 and further direct the authorities to conduct the fresh demarcation report strictly in accordance with law and as per the provisions of Section 101 of Land Revenue Act.

At the outset it has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that representation of the petitioner regarding demarcation of the land is pending before respondent No.2, i.e. Deputy Commissioner, Panipat, District Panipat, which are Annexures P-3 and P-4. However, after hearing counsel for the parties and going through the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, i.e. Deputy Commissioner, MEENU 2023.08.25 18:33 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CWP-4582-2016 -22023:PHHC:111899 Panipat, District Panipat, to decide the representation, dated 09.03.2015, Annexure P-4, expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
