The present regular second appeal pertains to the year 2023. On 05.11.2024 the following order was passed :
'On 10.01.2024 the following order was passed : 'On 11.08.2023 the case was adjourned on the request of the learned counsel for the appellant. Yet again on 06.09.2023 the case was adjourned on the request of the learned counsel for the appellant. Today again a request for an adjournment has been made on behalf of the arguing counsel for the appellant on the ground that he is in personal difficulty. There obviously does not seem to be any urgency in the matter. Adjourned to 05.11.2024'.

RSA-2656-2023 (O&M) -2Today a request for an adjournment is made on the ground that the counsel earlier representing the appellant has since joined the Office of Advocate General, Punjab.

As per the Office report, the sole appellant is stated to have since died. None has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of the deceased appellant.

Today learned counsel for the appellant states that he has also failed to establish any contact with the legal representatives of the deceased appellant.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present regular second appeal for non-prosecution. 4.
Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
