**** ROHIT KAPOOR, J. [Oral] Prayer in the instant petition is for setting aside the show cause notice dated 05.06.2025 [Annexure P-3], which has been issued for reverting the petitioner to the post of Draftsman.
Perusal of the paper-book shows that the petitioner has already submitted a detailed reply dated 12.06.2025 [Annexure P-4] to the aforementioned amended show cause notice.
Notice of motion.
Mr. Arun Kumar Singla, AAG, Haryana, appears on behalf of respondents No.1 & 2 on advance notice and waives service. Learned counsel for parties are ad idem that the petition can be disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1/Competent Authority to decide the show cause notice in a time bound manner. In view thereof and without commenting anything upon the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of, with a direction to respondent No.1/Competent Authority to decide the show cause notice within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
CWP-21458-2025 -2Needless to say that the notice shall be decided by adhering to the principles of natural justice and by passing a speaking and reasoned order. It is further directed that, in case, the competent authority passed the final order against the petitioner, the same shall remain in abeyance for a period of two weeks from the date of the order.
Disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
