Petitioner is an applicant for his appointment as a Constable with Border Security Force. He had appeared in the written examination, physical test and medical examination as well, but he has not been communicated any result regarding his selection or otherwise. Petitioner has also made representation dated 25.07.2017 (Annexure P2) to respondent No.2 in this regard, which is still pending adjudication. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Sunil Kumar Sharma, Senior Panel Counsel for Union of India accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. A complete copy of paper-book be provided to Mr. Sharma during the course of the day.
