Vide order dated 18.01.2021, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Manoj, informs the Court that in pursuance to the same, the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further custodial interrogation. In view of the same, the interim order dated 18.01.2021 is made absolute.
