Learned State counsel submits that out of four petitioners, petitioners no. 1 to 3 have already been promoted as Head Teachers. As regards petitioner no. 4, she does not qualify as per fresh seniority list issued by the department.

In view of above, Mr. Arora submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition. However, liberty may be given to file representation in case any grouse subsists.
