The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing of FIR No.11 dated 12.01.2014 registered under Sections 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Cantonment, District Amritsar City, and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom; along with certain other prayers.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars. 3.
