Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain documents including the copy of challan filed in the present case needs to be placed on record so as to make out a case for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner as similarly situated co-accused has already been granted the bail, therefore, he be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars. Ordered accordingly.
