Present writ petition for issuance of directions to the respondents to release the amount of medical expenses to the tune of Rs.3,66,099/- along with interest to the petitioner, incurred on the treatment of his mother who died on 10.11.2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the redressal of his grievance, petitioner got issued legal notice dated 23.04.2018 (Annexure P10), but the same remained unattended till now. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Pankaj Mulwani, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. A complete copy of paper-book be provided to Mr. Mulwani during the course of the day.
