The petitioner claims to be an old licensee of Market Committee, Karnal. On this premise the petitioner claims his entitlement for allotment of a plot in the New Grain Market, Karnal at controlled/reserved price as per the Rules formulated by Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board. Further grievance of the petitioner is that his claim for allotment of plot in the New Grain Market has not been considered despite approaching the authorities time and again followed by a Legal Notice dated 25.07.2017 (Annexure P-3) served on his behalf. The petitioner sought some information under the Right to Information Act, 2005 but that is also not fruitful so far as the above-mentioned claim is concerned.
