The present revision petition has been filed challenging the order dated 27.05.2022 whereby the objections filed by the petitioners herein have been dismissed.

Today learned counsel for the petitioners-State on instructions from Sh. Hira Lal, Sadar Kanungo and Mr. Neeraj, Clerk office of Deputy Commissioner, Jind, has contended that the petitioners are complying with the order dated 21.04.2016 passed in CWP-15840-2015 titled as Mohinder Singh Vs. State of Haryana and the case of the respondent herein is also being considered.

In view thereof, the present revision petition has been rendered infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
