Respondents are directed to bring result of petitioner and reasons for not bringing his roll number within merit list."

In response to that counsel for the University has brought result of all the candidates. Petitioner was not found eligible as obtained 47.5 marks whereas respondents No.2 to 4 obtained 63, 58 and 48 marks respectively. Objection of eligibility, in such circumstances, cannot be taken as there is no column whereby petitioner can claim marks. Resultantly, I do not find any merit in the writ petition and accordingly dismissed.

Result is returned to the counsel appearing for the University. (AMIT RAWAL) JUDGE October 17, 2019 Pankaj* Whether speaking/reasoned Yes Whether reportable No PANKAJ KUMAR 2019.10.23 10:35 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
