(Oral) Counsel for the State, on the basis of the affidavit of the Superintendent of Police, Mahendergarh, submits that a speaking order has been passed and a final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. in FIR No.356 dated 03.09.2021 at Police Station Kanina, District Mahendergarh, under Section 306/34 IPC, has been filed recommending cancellation of the FIR.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
