MANJARI NEHRU KAUL , J. (ORAL) This order shall dispose of the above-mentioned petitions as they have originated in the course of same transaction. 2.

Learned standing counsel for CBI submits that a cancellation report has been filed in the both the FIRs i.e. FIR No.393 dated 07.06.2022 and FIR No.460 dated 02.07.2022, which were registered at Police Station City, Rohtak, which has since been accepted by the learned trial Court vide order dated 21.08.2024. 3.

In the circumstances, since a cancellation report has been filed by the investigating agency and the same has been accepted by the trial Court, nothing survives in the instant petitions. 4.
