**** Amol Rattan Singh, J(Oral) In all these petitions, the petitioners are seeking a step up of their pay to the level of their juniors, in terms of the judgment of this Court rendered in CWP No.11254 of 2010, decided on 15.05.2013, titled as Neelam Rani vs. The State of Haryana and others. A bunch of similar petitions having already been decided by this Court in terms of the aforesaid judgment, these petitions are therefore disposed of with a direction to the competent authority amongst the respondents in each case, to take a decision in the case of each petitioner, by passing a speaking order in terms of the judgment of this Court in Neelam Rani's case(supra), within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
-3However, arrears to be paid to the petitioners shall be restricted to a period of three years prior to the issuance of legal notices/ representations got issued by them to the respondents, seeking redressal of their grievance. If no such legal notice/representation has been got issued by any petitioner(s), prior to the filing of the petitions, in respect of the relief claimed in these petitions, then such arrears shall be restricted to three years and two months prior to the date of filing of each petition. 30.11.2017 (Amol Rattan Singh) sonia Judge
