Petitioner has made an application to the extent that the application filed by the petitioner under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC along with the suit pending in the Court of Additional Civil Judge, Senior Division Nabha be ordered to be decided at the earliest. The aforesaid civil suit was filed on 09.12.2020 along with the application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now, 02.12.2021 is the next date fixed before the trial Court.
