Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 4 to conduct fair and impartial investigation in case FIR No. 148 dated 17.11.2016, registered under Sections 307 & 120-B IPC and Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, which was got registered against two persons i.e. Shagandeep Singh alias Pappu and respondent No.5-Jagga Singh Brar. The police had completed its investigation against Samandeep Singh only and presented challan, but no action has been taken against Jagga Singh Brar, who had not been arrested so far, though he had been frequently appearing in public and giving interviews on television.
