Prayer made in the writ petition is for release of medical expenses to the tune of Rs.3,35,047/- along with interest and the amount on account of medical expenses was spent on 17.06.2017, but the same has not been paid on the ground of non-availability of amount. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for this purpose, petitioner got issued legal notice dated 01.05.2018 (Annexure P5), but the same remained undecided.
