1. The instant petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No.66, dated 10.4.2024, Police Station Hassanpur, District Palwal, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 325, 341, 380, 452, 506 IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it is a case where as a matter of fact the complainant party had entered into the house of the petitioners and had inflicted injuries. Learned counsel in this regard has drawn the attention of this Court to MLRs of Tejpal and Jatinder annexed as Annexures P-3 and P-4. Learned counsel has further drawn the attention of this Court to certain photographs annexed as Annexure P-5.

3. Notice of motion.

4. At this stage Mr. Munish Sharma, DAG, Haryana assisted by PSI Naresh Kumar, who is present in the Court accepts notice.

5. Learned State counsel submits that the matter is still under investigation and that the version of the petitioners particularly as regards some of the accused also having sustained injuries shall be duly examined by the investigating agency, before presenting final report.

6.
