Through instant civil writ petition, preferred under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has sought issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents No.5 & 6 to decide legal notices dated 31.03.2018 (P-17) and 31.05.2018 (P-18) within time bound manner and release the retirement-cum-service benefits, pensionary benefits and other admissible benefits to the petitioner admissible under the rules and circulars issued by State government from time to time along with interest @ 18% p.a. on delayed payement.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that though legal notices dated 31.03.2018 (P-17) and 31.05.2018 (P-18) were duly served upon the respondents but till date no conscious decision has been taken by the SONIKA 2018.09.24 16:10 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
CWP No.24072 OF 2018 --2-- respondents. He further submits that petitioner feels satisfied in case a direction is issued to respondents No.5 & 6 to decide aforesaid legal notices, in a time bound manner.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents No.5 and 6 to look into the grievances unfolded by the petitioner in legal notices (P-17 and 18) and to take a conscious decision, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.

However, if petitioner still feels aggrieved by any of the orders passed by the aforesaid authority, she shall be at liberty to approach this Court or to have recourse to the other remedies available under law.
