(Oral) The prayer made in this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is for seeking direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to execute and implement the order dated 10th November, 2017, passed by the District Magistrate, Jalandhar (appended as Annexure P-5). 2.

In compliance to the order dated September 20, 2018, Sh. Gurpreet Singh Bhullar, IPS, Commissioner of Police, Police Commissionerate Jalandhar, has appeared in-person in Court today and explained that the needful has been done. An affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar, in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner-Bank submitted that the possession has since been delivered to the petitioner-Bank, therefore, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such. 4.
