*** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) CM-4816-CWP-2022 This is an application seeking restoration of the main case which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 16.12.2021. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the main case is restored to its original number. Main case is taken up on Board for hearing today itself.

Main case Petition herein is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the selection of respondents No.4 to 37 as Station Supervisor vide selection list dated 17.06.2021 and office order dated 25.08.2021. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and gone through the case file.
