Civil Writ Petition No.5491 of 2015 The petitioner prays for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the official respondents to remove the illegal encroachment from the Gair Mumkin Pahi (Path), in accordance with eviction order dated 06.08.2014 (Annexure P-3), passed by the Collector (Panchayat Land) DDPO, Patiala.
