**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) The case has been taken up for hearing through videoconferencing. Learned counsel for the petitioner is having indifferent relations with her husband/respondent No.3. Respondent No.3 is continuously harassing the petitioner and her minor daughter. In respect of occurrence dated 28.08.2021, the matter was duly brought to the notice of Station House Officer, Sadar Kanwa, District Pathankot. Even statement of the petitioner was recorded but Police did not take any action. Thereafter, petitioner filed a representation before respondent No.2 on 05.10.2021. Factum of approaching the Police Station Kanwa has been duly pleaded in para No.8 of the representation. Notice of motion.
