)) + %   Present Civil Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for quashing the office order dated 03.11.2020 (P29) whereby the appointment of Supervisors has been made in violation of Punjab Social Security and Development of Women and Children (Group2C) Ministerial Service Rules, 2001 as well as to the Reservation Policy of the Government; further for quashing the public notice dated 06.03.

2020 (P26) whereby the earlier advertisement and public notices issued by the Department have been withdrawn; and without issuance of any advertisement and specifying the number of posts as well as publishing any merit list, the appointments have been made on the posts of Supervisors from amongst the Anganwari Workers; further for directing the respondents to appoint the petitioners on the post of Supervisor in pursuance of merit list prepared on 12.04.2018 as the same was prepared and published in accordance with the Rules and the petitioners were on the top in the merit list; and further for staying RAJENDER KUMAR 2020.11.

 

2the operation of impugned order dated 03.11.2020 (P29) during the pendency of the writ petition.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.   $ , -.
