Petitioner, who is a resident of village Bayana Khera, Tehsil Barwala, District Hissar, is aggrieved of encroachment on cremation ground and the same has not been removed despite the fact that on earlier representation, demarcation was done by Tehsildar of the area on 18.03.2018 and it was found that there was encroachment on the cremation ground, but no action has been taken. Learned counsel for the respondent contended that for that purpose, legal notice dated 09.07.2018 (Annexure P6) was got issued by the petitioner, but still no action is being taken. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Pankaj Mulwani, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3. A complete copy of paper-book be provided to Mr. Mulwani during the course of the day.
