**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) Learned counsel for respondent No.6, at the outset, submits that Board has cleared all dues of the petitioner, thus, the present petition has rendered infructuous.

Mr.J.S.Chahal, Advocate does not dispute the factum of payment of principal amount, however, submits that there is lapse on the part of the respondents in making payment, thus, he is entitled to interest. Without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file representation qua interest to respondents who would pass speaking order within 06 weeks from the date of filing representation. The respondent shall consider judgments of this Court qua interest while passing order.
