(Oral) Counsel for the respondent submits that the amicable settlement has been reached between the parties and the petition under Section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act, has been filed by both the parties, wherein statements of first motion have already been recorded. Counsel for the respondent also gives an undertaking that the respondent shall withdraw the petition under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, pending before the court below, by way of filing of an application, within a period of seven days from today onwards.

In view of the undertaking so given by the counsel for the respondent, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.
